DESCRIPTION OF Registration-Required SESSIONS

1. Little Cates

** Players can only register for one session/week **

Beginner(2.0-3.0) Pickleball

No partner required. This is hosted play for 2.0-3.0 level players.  This is NOT for people who have never played pickleball before.  Come and meet other beginning players, limit of 24. Arrive by 5:45 pm to sign in and get your number. At 6:00 pm your spot may be given to someone else.

3.25-3.5 Team Round Robin (DUPR)

Register with your playing partner please.  No single registrations. Players DUPR scores must be 3.5 or less. Club 3.25-3.5 players with no DUPR rating are welcome. You will play with your chosen partner for all games.

3.6+ Friendly Team Round Robin 

Register with a partner, only one of you needs to register.  You will play with your chosen partner for all games.  This session is for 3.6+ Very High Intermediate players only.   Please arrive by 5:45 to sign in, at 6 pm your spot may be given to someone else.

2. Murdo Frazer

Round Robin – Players are randomly assigned a number and then assigned to a court for a 15-minute game.  Scores are not kept and players are assigned to the next game by their number.

Scramble – To provide more “level” play, players are seeded for the first game by DUPR scores where available or by the host, with the assumed “top” players on court 1.  WINNERS of a 15-minute game move UP to the next court and split except for those moving to court 1.  Winners on court 1 always remain as “kings/queens” of the court!  LOSERS move DOWN a court and split for the next game.  This should make the session much more competitive.

DUPR Team Round Robin – Players sign up with a partner of their choice each week.  Games are assigned by a number chart.  Scores are recorded and entered into the DUPR app.  Sessions will be divided by levels:  DUPR=2-3, DUPR = 3-3.5, DUPR=3.6-4, DUPR=4+ and will alternate weeks.  Check the calendar to find your session.

Clinic – Intro to Pickleball

• This Clinic is aimed at new-to-pickleball players as basic strokes and rules will be covered.
• Instructors are one certified coach assisted by friendly, knowledgeable volunteers.
• Limit of 20.
• Come and meet some other beginning players! 

Beginner/Low Intermediate Rotational

• This is a hosted session for 2.5-3.25 level players. Rotational Play is required
• This is NOT for people who have only played a few times.
• Please bring your own quiet paddle if you have one, otherwise a quiet paddle will be provided.
• Limit of 22.

High Intermediate/Advanced Rotational

• This is a hosted Session for 3.5+ players. Rotational play is required.
• Please bring your own quiet paddle if you have one, otherwise a quiet paddle will be provided.
• Limit of 22.

Women Only Round Robin

• This is a hosted session for Women players only, Round Robin format. You will play with a different partner each game.
• This is NOT for people who have never played Pickleball before.
• Limit of 20

High Intermediate Round Robin

• This is a hosted Round Robin for 3.5 – 3.9 level players. You will play with a different partner each game.
• Limit of 20.

Lower Intermediate Round Robin

• This is a hosted Round Robin for 3.0-3.5 level players. You will play with a different partner each game.
• This is NOT for people who have never played before.
